For children ages 3-5
Fun and engaging way to learn basics of chess
Our Chess for Tots program solves two problems:
- The need to ask young children to sit for longer than they have the capacity.
- The ability for them to learn chess in an exciting, movement-based setting.
How does it work?
Our young chess masters turn themselves into chess pieces and enter the world of chess at a level they understand.
They learn the names and movements of the chess pieces through stories and imaginative play.
Kids wear newly designed chess hats in the class.
Schedule: (choose 2 sessions per week)
Tuesdays: 5:15-5:45pm
Saturdays: 10-10:30am & 10:30-11am

Cost: $190 monthly membership – first month introductory $99 (additional $60 for required hat kit)
