1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Online payment platforms (if applicable)

All payments must be made electronically unless otherwise approved.

2. Authorization

By providing a credit or debit card, you authorize Future Masters Chess Academy to:

  • Charge the card for class registrations, memberships, tournaments, and other services and products.
  • Store payment information securely with our payment processor for future transactions.
  • Process recurring charges (for memberships or ongoing classes).

3. Billing & Recurring Payments

  • Memberships and recurring programs will be billed automatically on a monthly basis (or your selected billing cycle).
  • When applicable, FMCA will process and bill for second child discount with the credit card on file.
  • Payments are charged on the same date each billing period unless otherwise specified.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that payment information is current and valid. You will receive an email when credit card is expiring soon.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined:

  • We will attempt to reprocess the payment.
  • You will be notified to update your payment information.
  • Access to classes or programs may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Payments for classes, memberships, and tournaments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • In certain cases (e.g., program cancellations), credits or make-up sessions may be offered at our discretion.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Recurring memberships may be canceled with one month’s notice prior to the next billing date.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If you have a billing concern, please contact us first to resolve the issue.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy.

8. Data Security

We do not store full credit card information on our servers. All payment data is processed and stored securely by trusted third-party payment processors.

9. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in our programs or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Credit Card & Payment Policy.
